When shooting in the green (10-50 yards) using the individual target stands, taller target frames (club provided or your own) must be used to ensure rounds impact the 50 yards berm and not the protective berms or ground.
Standard (club size) target frames must be used for paper targets at these specific ranges/color (in the frame holder between the protective berm the main berm!).
Allowed guns:
- Rim fire handguns and rifles
- Center-fire handguns {Handgun cartridges only! example : 38 spl., 357 sig., 44 mag}.
- Rifles (Only rifles chambered for handgun cartridges!)
Guns not allowed:
- Handguns chambered for rifle cartridges. {example : 223 rem., 30-30 win.,7x30 Waters}
- Handguns chambered in 5.7x28mm
- Shotguns
- Muzzle-loaders (pistol or rifle)
- BB or Pellet guns
Range color code by sections:
- Red: 7 yards
- Orange: 15 yards
- Yellow: 25 yards
- Green: 10-50 yards

- Hearing and eye protection are required while the Pistol Range is “Hot”.
- No target frames higher than 6 feet or lower than 4 feet.
- Only shoot at the steel targets from the marked area of the range house and at an angle of 90 degrees to the plate rack or dueling tree. Do not crossfire!
- Do not shoot at the uprights, railroad ties, or any colored/painted parts of the berm/backstop.
- Do not place any targets on the ground or the protective berms. Clay birds allowed on the 7yd berm and 50yd main berms only. No clay birds allowed on the 15 or 25yd berms.
- No cans, bottles, jugs, golf balls, tennis balls, etc. allowed as targets on pistol range.
- Do not move steel targets.
- No loading or unloading of guns on the bench in back of the range house. Actions and/or cylinders open in this area at all times.
- No parking behind the range house. This area is for loading and unloading gear into and out of member vehicles, not loading and unloading firearms!
